Occupational Burnout
According to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11); Burnout is a syndrome conceptualised as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed yet.
This survey will ask you a series of questions to unpack some of the behaviours that can often lead to burnout, your answers will be displayed when you are done.
The objective of this exercise is not to be compared against a scale or receive a score
The results are not intended to cause alarm but to indicate risk areas within your life where you can adjust your behaviour to avoid or begin to improve feelings of occupational burnout.
